JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for an experienced business developer for our new unit for collaboration services, focusing on project/program management of larger cross-authority development assignments with an emphasis on simplification and digitalization.

The unit is responsible for Bolagsverket's collaboration services as well as digital infrastructure services for the business domain.

The unit is also responsible for coordinating national and international collaborations, collaboration assignments, and initiatives based on simplification and digitalization.

As a business developer, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating complex development and collaboration assignments using established development and project management methods. You will also work practically with business development activities, investigations, and analyses.

Examples of collaboration assignments within the unit's responsibility:

• Standard Business Reporting (SBR - national collaboration assignment)
• NSGN (Nordic Smart Government Networks - agreed collaboration at the Nordic level)
• TaxSam Företag - collaboratively developing and managing taxonomies in Sweden
• Development and delivery of infrastructure services such as digital identity issuance for companies
• Collaboration with third-party providers in development activities

The place of employment is Sundsvall. Travel is required in the position, both nationally, within the Nordic countries, and in Europe.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with other authorities and actors to develop digital and automated services and infrastructure. You are driven by creating solutions that make it easier and safer to operate as an entrepreneur.

You have a structured approach to work and are goal-oriented. You easily create and maintain good relationships and have the ability to lead others towards your common goal by keeping a strategic perspective that considers the entire context.

In this role, you need to have:

• at least one post-secondary education in the IT field.
• at least 5 years of current experience in business development assignments focusing on digitalization.
• at least 5 years of current experience in project or program management of larger complex development or collaboration assignments between different actors.
• current experience in project or program management of larger international development or collaboration commitments between authorities.
• experience working with established project management methods.
• experience in structured risk management.
• experience with agile development methods.

As we are an authority and also have international collaborations, it is important that you can express yourself fluently, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English.
